You can request a copy of our Information Kit by completing <a href="/info-kit">this form</a>. One of our personal Account Managers will make contact to discuss your eligibility and send you a copy of our Information Kit including a brochure containing Income Direct’s latest fixed and variable interest rates.

Each Friday we process payments for clients who opted for repayment at maturity, providing maturity is not later than Wednesday of the same week, otherwise payments are made the following Friday.

We will ask you to provide your bank account details so we know where to send your principal and interest payments. 

You can open an Income Direct Fixed Income Account by completing the Application Form contained in the Information Kit.

You will be asked to enter your amount, term, interest payment preference (monthly or compound) and select from our fixed or variable rates. 

You can transfer funds your nominated amount to our bank account either online via internet banking, by telephone banking, by cheque, or via BPay® please bring a printed copy of your settlement invoice with you to show the bank teller.

Upon receipt of cleared funds we will issue you with a Payment Confirmation email and an electronic copy of the instrument that recognises Income Direct’s obligations to you.

If you opted for monthly interest, we are obligated to pay this to your nominated bank account by the 10th calendar day of each month in arrears.

If you opted for compound interest, we are obligated to pay you your compounded interest amount at maturity (unless you choose to renew your facility, in which case compounded interest is added to your principal amount).

At maturity the agreement term will automatically renew on the same terms unless you provide at least 30 days' notice in writing. You can do this by emailing our Customer Service team. We will send you a reminder email approximately 45 days prior to maturity to remind you of your options.
